WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us here.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, we'd generally recommend sizing up as the majority of our items are made to be fitted. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love the items you receive and your friends to enjoy seeing them (and want their own) just as much as we do when we create them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't quite work out as planned, we'll do what we can to help you out.

  • Please contact us here with any issues prior to shipping any items back to us.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the item has been received. For package lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. In both cases, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange free of charge for claims deemed an error on our part.
  • We encourage you to ensure your address is accurate during the checkout process. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • At this stage, all sales are final (except the claims listed above), and we are unable to offer free-of-charge refunds or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. Returns for items, as well as size exchanges, require a new order to be placed at your cost. This is because all orders are made on demand in order to minimize the effects on the environment, so requesting a size exchange would require producing an entirely new product. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
